Two NGOs, two businesses, and two publications — all before his mid-twenties.
Mohamed went from RCN to NYU Abu Dhabi and started building things while still a student. He founded two NGOs and two businesses, the most concrete being two publications: Gulf Elite, an English-language magazine focused on entrepreneurship in the Gulf that reached 40,000 monthly readers, and Business Arabi, an Arabic-language counterpart with 30,000. He was in his early twenties when both were running. He had the instinct for it before RCN, but two years in Flekke gave him the international frame of reference and the network to actually execute.
