Giulio Giorgi
Class of 2003ItalyItaly

Two decades on, his RCN values still show up in every garden he designs.
Giulio graduated from RCN in 2003 and became a landscape architect in Italy. His work is quieter than most alumni profiles on this page, but one project is worth knowing about: a sensory garden designed so that people with visual impairments can experience it fully, through touch, smell, and sound rather than sight. It's a design decision that reflects something about how he thinks, and he traces that directly to Flekke. He has stayed connected to the UWC network for over two decades, attending reunions and mentoring younger alumni. Not every RCN story is a straight line to something dramatic. Giulio's is more like a slow accumulation.
